Summary: Assist with the daily operations and maintenance of the organization''''s physical workspace, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, furniture setup, and equipment checks.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, HVAC, electrical, and security services. Support office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and supply inventory management.
Monitor facility systems and report issues to management or contractors as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist during emergency procedures or drills.
Maintain logs, schedules, and records related to facility operations.
Skills: Experience in building maintenance, facilities support, or a related role.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or custodial procedures.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
