Job Description
A media-focused business that sits at the intersection of finance and the creative industries, is looking for a new P&C Manager to join the team as soon as possible.
Reporting into an experienced international Head of People, this is a broad, hands-on generalist role that takes ownership of the UK People function, supporting around 50 employees while also contributing to wider international projects. Although they are a well-established business, they retain the energy and pace of a growing entrepreneurial business, with a collaborative culture and plenty of opportunity to make a visible impact across the business.
You'll be involved in every aspect of the employee lifecycle, including ER, payroll and benefits, recruitment, and systems as well as wider project work around engagement and process improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a lean team and is motivated by building and improving people practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist experience, confidence managing ER cases, solid operational and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while building trusted relationships across the business. Payroll exposure would be beneficial, along with experience in a fast-paced, creative or entrepreneurial environment.
In return, you'll join a business where the People function is highly valued, with plenty of scope to shape the role and develop your career as the organisation continues to grow internationally.
They operate on a hybrid basis with three days a week in the Central London office with competitive salary and benefits.
If you are available to start in the next month, please apply now to hear more.
