The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a varied portfolio spanning large-scale international conferences and boutique incentive travel programmes.

• Take client briefs and lead event delivery independently, from concept through to on-site execution

• Manage and mentor project managers, providing day-to-day leadership and support

• Oversee delegate management and app builds for conferences of 300-plus attendees

• Handle venue sourcing, negotiation and global destination planning

• Manage the full client journey, including proposals and relationship development

The Candidate

The right candidate for this Senior Project Manager role will bring at least six years of agency-side events experience, with a clear track record of delivering large-scale conferences and complex events management projects for corporate clients. Agency background is essential, non-agency experience is not transferable to this role.

You will need demonstrated experience managing events of 300-plus delegates, proven project management leadership across multiple concurrent programmes, working knowledge of Cvent, and a genuine understanding of global venues and destinations. Experience in incentive travel alongside conferences is beneficial but not essential, as is a background in delegate management, app builds and proposal writing. Solid events management credentials matter more than a perfect CV match, so if you bring the autonomy, client confidence and considered leadership this agency needs, apply.
