With annual sales exceeding £130 million and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Logistics Operations to lead our warehousing, logistics and fulfilment operations.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume operation, lead a team of around 50 colleagues and play a key role in shaping our operational performance and customer experience.

How You'll Make a Difference

As Head of Logistics Operations, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our warehouse, logistics partners, facilities and stock operations. You'll ensure products move efficiently from supplier to customer while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, colleague engagement and outstanding service levels.

Working closely with the Director of Operations, you'll help define and deliver the logistics strategy that supports our continued growth.
