Data Analyst with Data Modeling

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Data Modeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing complex datasets, designing logical and physical data models, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. The candidate should possess excellent SQL skills and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into logical and physical data models.
• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise applications.
• Perform data profiling, data mapping, and data validation to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Support ETL processes by validating source-to-target mappings and ensuring accurate data transformations.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and data quality standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document data models, business rules, metadata, and technical specifications.
