Title: Product Marketing Manager
CA - Menlo Park - open to US-wide, preferably west coast time zone
Pay: $110-$120 W2 Hourly
Must Have
5+ years of professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting
Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence and driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives
Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues
Organizational and interpersonal skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
Communication experience that is effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related discipline
Good to have skills
Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering closely with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/custo requirements and supporting product launches)
Experience leading go-to-market for products with global reach end-to-end, including sales enablement and developing positioning/narrative
Experience in the advertising/marketing space with online media related products
Demonstrated ability to integrate Al tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical Al practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing Al skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging Al technologies
Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects
This is the Business Messaging, BPM team, supporting a $15B product line with all of the Ads that Click to Message (CTX) products. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market requirements and go-to-market plans for Meta’s Business Messaging products across our advertiser interfaces for all advertisers using our platform.
This includes assessing market needs, conducting research to influence new product development, evaluating approaches to mitigate product risks, owning go-to-market strategy and identifying opportunities to improve existing products. This is a hyper growth area of the company, with products like Secondary Experiences, growing 300% YoY. You will have the unique ability to own a product area and the associated GTM deliverables - operating as a true partner with product management.

Typical Day in the Role: Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
Understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products
Drive cross-functional projects across Meta that build new innovative solutions for advertisers/marketers to ensure that products and solutions are incorporated into the platform in a consistent and strategic manner
Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products and solutions by guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning
