The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory Monday–Thursday to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals.
• Build relationships and expand your client base through face-to-face interactions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Focus on sales and client relationships, as marketing, lead generation, and customer service are handled by the back office.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income based on performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
• A coachable mindset, eager to learn and follow a proven system with AI-powered training.
• Comfort with travel within your assigned territory Monday–Thursday.
• Must be 18 years or older.
