Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Financial Adviser OR Manager to join a Financial Planning firm in Gloucester.

Are you currently working as an IFA but want to put your leadership/management skills into practice?

Or are you currently managing a team of advisers but open to new opportunities?

Our client is a Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm who specialist in supporting HNW and UHNW clients across the UK. As their client base and team of advisers continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Head of Financial Planning to manage and develop the team. This is a non regulatory position so you won't be client facing, but you will still have ample opportunity to earn bonus on top of your base.

Your role will see you managing a small team of IFAs, supporting them with training, mentoring, career development, and growing their client book. You will work around Gloucester area but have the autonomy to manage your own diary and adviser visits so you are not chained to your desk everyday. This is a really exciting time to join a growing and expanding firm, where you will be at the heart of it!

Skills and experience required:

  • Level 4 Diploma, Chartered preferred
  • 5 years Adviser experience minimum
  • Experience mentoring, or managing advisers. Either officially or unofficially
