The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a combination of project delivery and platform enhancement, helping to improve business processes, automate workflows and enhance the end-user experience. Working alongside technical specialists and automation teams, you will play a key role in designing, developing and optimising ServiceNow solutions with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations.<br />Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities.<br />Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies.<br />Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.<br />Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.<br />Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and development standards.Essential Skills &amp; Experience Proven experience developing and customising the ServiceNow platform.<br />Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting and integrations.<br />Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).<br />Strong JavaScript development skills.<br />Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br />Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.Essential Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria: Active SC (Security Check) Clearance.<br />Sole UK National (dual nationality cannot be considered for this position).<br />Eligible to work on secure UK Government programmes.<br />Able to work in a hybrid environment, including client sites and UK offices as required.What's on Offer Salary up to £85,000.<br />Hybrid working model with flexibility.<br />Opportunity to work on complex, high-profile programmes.<br />Ongoing training and professional development.<br />Collaborative and supportive technical environment.<br />Excellent career progression opportunities.If you're a skilled ServiceNow Developer looking to work on secure, business-critical projects while continuing to develop your expertise, we'd love to hear from you
