Job Description

End-to-End Test Lead (Credit Card Conversion & product launch)

  1. Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across the product launch & conversion program.
  2. Coordinate testing across business, technology, operations, for the product launch and conversion of workstreams to ensure readiness and coverage.
  3. Manage a hybrid onshore/offshore testing model, including defect triage, issue resolution, and test governance.
  4. Provide leadership at both executive and delivery-team levels, including stakeholder reporting and test management.
  5. Requires deep experience in cards, card processing platforms, and large-scale card portfolio conversions.
