ERP Workday Payroll Coordinator

Role Overview & Expectations:
* Provide support for payroll testing, including data validation and issue resolution during parallel testing
* Contribute to the development of SOPs, training materials, and operational readiness documentation
* Offer guidance on payroll best practices to help prepare the team for go-live
* Build strong working relationships with the existing team to lead indirectly and support execution without direct authority

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a contract resource who ideally brings:
* Workday Payroll Certification (preferred)
* Experience processing payroll in a K-12 environment (preferred)
* Payroll leadership experience, particularly supporting a team through a Workday go-live transition
The ideal candidate will combine deep functional payroll expertise with practical leadership capabilities someone who can both execute detailed work and provide structure, direction, and accountability during this transition
