Job Title: Unix Server Administrator

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days in office in a week)

Job Description:

Unix Server Administration. The position is responsible for remediating Unix OS and Unix application software vulnerabilities by removing, patching, or upgrading Unix based software as directed.

Required skills include Unix OS administration skills, ability to install, upgrade, and remove software applications, ODBC drivers, rpms, etc. Experience installing, upgrading, and patching third party vendor software is required. Some programming and/or scripting using Unix shell scripts or Python or Perl programming is required as patching activities must be automated to operating at scale and on a frequent basis.

Specialist skill sets include Python and AI skills including Agentic AI, CoPilot studio, Prompt Engineering, Agent design, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Claude MCP.

Experience with Ansible, BladeLogic, or other automation tools preferred. Prior experience at Bank of America is preferred but not required.
