Job Description

Marketing Executive

Location: Norwich

Salary: From 28,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Atkinson Moss are seeking a Marketing Executive to join a busy and collaborative team based in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to play an active part in delivering impactful campaigns, supporting events, and helping to drive business growth.

Working closely with a number of teams across the business, you'll be responsible for bringing marketing plans to life, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Please note, due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple business areas.
  • Support the creation of engaging marketing materials alongside internal creative and digital teams.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of events, including logistics, promotion and post-event analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve future activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing administration and ensure projects remain on track.
  • Take ownership of marketing initiatives from initial concept through to completion.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role with exposure to campaign delivery.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and content management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across a business.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to inform decisions.
  • Experience using marketing platforms, CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Any experience with design or content creation would be advantageous.
