Job Description

Role: Business Analyst roles
Location: Hybrid onsite in any location. Boston, Merrimack NH, Raleigh NC, Westlake TX, Smithfield RI, Jersey City NJ, Salt Lake UT
Max pay $45/hr on W2 + benefits

Duration: 6+ months

Some will be data reporting heavy, some will be more functional

Business Analyst Profile
Overall need: Approximately 7 BAs, with different allocations across trading, reporting, UI, backend, API/external transmissions, and other areas.

Core skills across the BA population
Strong data analysis and data fluency

Data lineage and data mapping

Understanding of systems of record and system changes

Translating data/system findings into clear business and functional requirements

Experience with data flows, APIs, and business logic

Ability to partner closely with engineering and technical teams

Strong SQL capability

Ability to analyze current-state environments and identify gaps

Strong communication and requirements documentation

Reporting-focused BAs
1 2 resources may specifically focus on reporting

Strong data skills plus ability to understand reporting/user needs and insights

Experience with Oracle databases

Power BI

Adobe Analytics

SQL
