Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Manager III Job Location: Charlotte NC (3 Days onsite, 2 Days work from home) hybrid role. Job Type: 12 Months contract
Job Descriptions:
  • Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities (routines to pull together comprehensive program updates across the 3 projects and 10+ workstreams), routines with CFO Change and ePMO. Role has funding via Initiative
  • Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery -e.g .kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
  • Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks /issues, and schedule.
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
  • Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery /execution
  • Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
  • Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience
  • Knowledge / experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems a plus.
