The Role • Operate, control, and monitor the manufacturing process according to production instructions. • Clean and sterilize components and packaging materials. • Ensure process safety in compliance with GMP and SHE guidelines. • Collaborate effectively within a team, taking responsibility for specific areas of the production process. • Document manufacturing steps in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Perform hygiene monitoring and assist with preventive maintenance. • Contribute to optimization projects for continuous improvement. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician, Production Specialist in Chemistry, or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, ideally in a cleanroom environment. • Experience with aseptic manufacturing processes is advantageous. • Willingness to acquire skills in plant engineering. • Basic knowledge of IT applications (e.g., MS Office, SAP is a plus). • High sense of personal responsibility and strong quality awareness. • Willingness to work in shifts (initially short 4-shift patterns, later full continuous 5-shift rotations). • Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
