We're hiring for a trusted national motoring organisation with over 125 years of history, dedicated to keeping drivers moving with innovative roadside assistance and a strong reputation for member service.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Start and finish your day from your own driveway, responding to calls across the region.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to be a proud ambassador for the organisation.
