SAP Finance Solutions Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Solutions Lead to lead enterprise Finance transformation initiatives and deliver innovative SAP Finance solutions. This role will work closely with Finance leadership to design, implement, and optimize SAP technologies that support financial planning, business operations, and long-term technology strategy.

Required Qualifications – Candidates Must Have ALL of the Following

• 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementations.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and maintaining SG&A and Financial Planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including Product Costing, Asset Management, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other SAP FICO components.
• Experience configuring and integrating SAP S/4HANA Finance with related SAP and enterprise applications.
• Strong experience partnering directly with Finance and Controlling teams to deliver enterprise Finance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP Finance transformation initiatives from solution design through implementation.
• Develop and support the Finance technology roadmap.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, business leaders, and implementation partners.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure Finance applications remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
