Sales & Solution Engineer

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 + bonus opportunity (OTE of $160,000 or more / Location: United States - Remote or Omaha, NE - Hybrid

* Lead product demonstrations that clearly show how Buildertrend helps contractors improve communication, efficiency and profitability.

* Consult with prospective customers on software configuration, integrations and customization options to support their day-to-day operations.

* Build strong relationships with customers by serving as a trusted technical resource throughout the sales process.

* Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to share customer feedback and influence future enhancements.

* Maintain accurate pipeline activity, customer interactions and forecasting details within Salesforce.

* Facilitate biweekly product roundtables and stay current on software updates, Embrace using AI as a tool to enhance your work, while remaining open to learning, applying critical thinking, and owning the quality of your final 5+ years of experience in software sales engineering, sales support or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
