Job Title: Senior Oracle/SQL Database Administrator (DBA III)

Location: Austin, TX Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Must have HHSC experience

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Database Administration experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Database Design
    • Performance Tuning
    • Database Administration
    • Data Modeling
    • Database Security
    • Backup & Recovery
    • High Availability & Disaster Recovery
  • Experience with enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience creating technical and functional design documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with multi-tier applications (SOA, Microservices, or 3-Tier Architecture).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure SQL.
  • Experience migrating Oracle databases to Azure SQL.
  • ETL experience using Azure tools.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Java/J2EE experience.
  • Azure Certification or DBA Associate Certification.
