Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Proactively engage business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and gather product requirements for conversational AI initiatives.

Consolidate, prioritize, and document stakeholder requirements, translating business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable deliverables.

Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to align product priorities, clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and support product delivery.

Communicate product objectives, requirements, progress, and decisions effectively while ensuring conversational AI solutions align with business expectations and user needs.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Experience in product management, business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, or related product delivery activities. Experience supporting AI or conversational AI initiatives is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Product Management, Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis, Conversational AI, Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals, User Stories, Product Road mapping, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Requirements Documentation

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting product initiatives involving conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, and AI-enabled customer or employee interactions.

Experience engaging business stakeholders to understand operational needs, consolidate requirements, and translate business priorities into product objectives and functional expectations.

Experience coordinating business and technical teams to align requirements, product priorities, user experience expectations, and implementation plans.

Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions while balancing stakeholder needs, usability, business objectives, and organizational priorities.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to proactively engage and influence business teams.

Ability to gather, consolidate, clarify, and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders and communicate them in a structured, actionable format.

Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and conversational AI concepts, including chatbots and virtual assistants; deep technical expertise in AI development is not required.
