The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they are equipped for sales success and provide exceptional member experiences. • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new team members in collaboration with the General Manager and Talent Acquisition. • Develop effective staff schedules to maximize production and ensure consistent floor coverage. • Implement ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills for all team members. • Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators and coaching the team to achieve membership sales goals. • Ensure a high standard of quality control in all member interactions, from initial club tours to membership presentations. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness or a related industry. • Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of motivating sales teams. • Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment and build member relationships. • Dedication to creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture. • A passion for fitness and helping individuals achieve their health goals.
