Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Lead (Contract W2)

Client: Infosys

Work Location: 333 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60604 (Day one Onsite)

 

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with ITSM leadership.
  • Strong implementation experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Strong workflow automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong JavaScript scripting and platform customization skills.
  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile project experience.
