Salesforce Developer (AdvancementRM/Affinaquest)
100% Remote

CDW is seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience supporting Higher Education fundraising and advancement organizations. This role will focus on enhancing and optimizing a Salesforce environment that supports donor management, fundraising, alumni relations, and constituent engagement.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience
  • Salesforce experience within a Higher Education environment
  • Hands-on experience with AdvancementRM (formerly Affinaquest)
  • Familiarity with Blackthorn
  • Strong understanding of fundraising operations, donor management, gift processing, and alumni relations
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Expertise building Salesforce Flows, automation, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience with data migration, data quality, and data management
Preferred Experience
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Blackthorn applications and integrations
  • Donor, constituent, or alumni portal development
Responsibilities
  • Support Salesforce administration, development, and platform enhancements
  • Configure and maintain AdvancementRM functionality, automation, reports, and dashboards
  • Partner with business stakeholders to implement fundraising and advancement solutions
  • Support testing, deployments, data initiatives, and user training
  • Assist with Experience Cloud and Blackthorn-related efforts
