Superintendent – Water/Wastewater Treatment

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major water/wastewater treatment plant projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations and construction activities
• Manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Maintain schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Resolve field and constructability issues
• Oversee project documentation and reporting
• Operate company vehicles as required

Requirements:

• 10+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent
• 5+ years of water treatment plant construction experience
• 5+ years of wastewater treatment plant construction (25+ MGD)
• 5+ years as a General Superintendent on major facility projects
• Contractor-side experience required
• Valid Driver’s License
