Interface Engineer

Conrad Consulting is partnering with a leading construction and property consultancy to recruit an experienced Interface Engineer to support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and collaborative engineering professional to coordinate complex interfaces across multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective programme integration.

The Role You'll play a key role in managing technical, commercial and delivery interfaces, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and maintaining programme alignment throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage project interfaces across multiple workstreams.

Maintain the Interface Register and Milestone Definition Documents. Identify, manage and mitigate interface risks. Coordinate technical, commercial and delivery teams. Resolve interface issues and facilitate collaborative working. Support programme integration and schedule alignment. Produce reports for project leadership.

About You You'll have: Experience managing interfaces on major infrastructure or engineering projects. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of programme delivery and project controls. Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Ability to manage competing priorities within complex projects. Excellent communication and organisational skills. What's on Offer Salary of £70,000–£75,000. Hybrid working.
