About the Role:
As our VP/GM of Business Development, you will be the architect of our global expansion. You will not just sell services; you will consult, innovate,
and secure the strategic partnerships that cement Intec’s position as a market leader by:-
Focusing on long-term regional strategy, high-level C-suite networking, and driving multi-million-dollar annual revenue growth.
Focusing on tactical execution, mentoring BD teams, and managing high-value account lifecycles.

Success Factors
Define and execute a market entry strategy for identified growth regions.
Achieve annual sales target through new client acquisition and expansion.
Standardize the global sales pipeline and lead the transition toward high-value, long-term strategic contracts.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
The prospective candidate must have:-
University Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction / Project Management.
10+ years of proven experience of Business Development/ Sales/ Project Manager in the AEC OR consulting industry,
with a track record of closing large-scale, complex contracts.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing business development teams.
Understanding AEC workflows, digital engineering, and current technology trends.

Preferred Skills:
Direct experience managing business in U.S. and European markets.
Advanced strategic communication skills and an existing network of C-suite contacts in the infrastructure/engineering sector.
Cross-cultural agility and experience navigating diverse regulatory and business environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business plans to penetrate new markets and expand current client footprints.
Mentor and inspire a team of BD managers and executives, fostering a culture of high performance and data-driven decision-making.
Serve as the primary face of Intec for senior decision-makers, translating technical expertise into compelling business outcomes.
Act as a strategic advisor to the company leadership by identifying industry shifts and competitive opportunities.
