Skills: Digital : Python~Test Automation

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Python based BDD Test Automation

Strong experience in Software Testing and QA Architecture

Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Governance

Automation frameworks (Python, BDD Framework, Selenium, Playwright)

API testing (REST, SOAP) using Postman / PyTest

CI/CD integration with automated testing

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum

Role Descriptions: Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy as per STLC standard

Implement scalable test automation frameworks

Establish testing standards| best practices| and governance as per STLC

Lead test planning| estimation| and risk-based testing approaches

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Guide teams on functional| integration| system| and UAT testing.

Mentor QA leads and test engineers

Collaborate with development| DevOps| and business teams.
