Job Description
Sales Support Administrator - Demonstrates a strong understanding of sales operations, customer service, and administrative coordination. Operates to support the development and execution of sales processes, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. Oversees daily tasks and projects independently, while escalating strategic decisions or complex issues to the Sales Manager for alignment and resolution.
This position reports to the Sales Support Manager.
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will have an opportunity to:
Assist in processing customer orders and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases with accuracy and consistency.
Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations to streamline workflows.
Track and report on sales metrics, budgets, and commissions.
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
Contribute to lead generation efforts through market research and data analysis.
Participate in onboarding and training of new sales team members.
You have:
1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Passion for golf or familiarity with golf-related products (preferred).
Pay Range:
Hourly Rate: $27.00 - $30.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
