The Role • Install, commission, and maintain advanced MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) technology systems across various buildings. • Diagnose and promptly resolve faults in MSR systems, performing necessary repairs. • Program, configure, and adapt control and regulation systems to optimize performance. • Conduct functional tests and fine-tune control loops to ensure maximum operational efficiency. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics and maintenance logs. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless building operations. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in MSR technology, preferably within facility management or building services. • Solid understanding of programming and maintaining MSR systems. • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is advantageous. • High level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude. • A valid Class B driver's license is required.
