Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Center Strategy Consultant with deep expertise in the Data Center industry, particularly in Data Center Cooling/Liquid Cooling, thermal management, and ecosystem engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to shape and execute a go-to-market strategy, build strategic industry relationships, and drive business growth across the Data Center market.
This role requires a strong blend of industry expertise, business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
 
Must-Have Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in the Data Center industry.
  • Strong expertise in Data Center InfrastructureThermal Management, or Liquid Cooling Solutions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Data Center Cooling Technologies, valves, cooling systems, or related hardware.
  • Established network and relationships within the Data Center ecosystem, including:
    • Hyperscalers
    • Colocation Providers
    • MEP Firms
    • CPU Manufacturers (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, etc.)
    • Data Center OEMs
  • Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies.
  • Strong business consulting and market growth strategy experience.
  • Ability to build account strategies, stakeholder maps, and executive engagement plans.
  • Excellent project management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience interacting with C-Level executives and senior business leadership.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Liquid Cooling, immersion cooling, or thermal management solutions.
  • Background in Data Center consulting or infrastructure strategy.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and account pursuit initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology vendors and the Data Center ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and support Data Center Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Identify priority market segments and target accounts.
  • Build executive-level growth roadmaps.
  • Facilitate introductions to strategic Data Center stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer workshops and executive meetings.
  • Create account maps and stakeholder influence models.
  • Support industry conferences and customer engagements.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and account pursuit strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on Data Center market opportunities.
