Job Overview:

The QA Lead requires 10+ years of experience leading QA teams for enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, DaaS/API applications, and cloud-based solutions.

Mandatory Areas:

• ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.
• AWS Cloud Technologies.
• Microservices.

Key Skills:

• ETL/Data Warehouse Testing (Source-to-Target Validation, Data Reconciliation).
• Advanced SQL and Data Analysis.
• REST API Testing (Postman, Swagger, JSON/XML).
• Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Execution Management.
• Test Automation (Python, Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Karate).
• Microservices and End-to-End Integration Testing.
• AWS Cloud Technologies (S3, Athena, Redshift, Lambda).
• Defect Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
• Agile/Scrum Delivery and Stakeholder Management.
• Team Leadership, Mentoring, and Cross-Functional Coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience leading QA teams for enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, DaaS/API applications, and cloud-based solutions.
