Your New RolePlay a pivotal role in providing subject matter expertiseacross the Blackrock and Matrix platforms, supporting Business and InvestmentOperations teams with day-to-day activities, platform enhancements, changerequests and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary liaison for Front Office and Operations teams, addressing inquiries and requests related to system functionalities (including reports) and data access / set up;
- Lead the resolution of platform issues and service requests, coordinating with technology teams and vendors to minimise business impact;
- Drive platform enhancements and change initiatives, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions;
- Analyse support trends and service performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimisation; and
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver reliable, scalable and high-performing investment technology solutions.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in eFront/ Aladdin and Matrix operational, strategic and business transformation initiatives in Superannuation / Financial Services environments.
- Significant experience collaborating with Software vendors. Specific experience with Blackrock and Matrix will be highly regarded.
- Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into document required by the vendor to manage change requests.
- Expert knowledge of eFront/Aladdin and Matrix modules and data model.
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment across Tech and Business teams
