• 8-10 years of hands-on RSA Archer development and technical consulting experience.
• Strong experience configuring Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, reports, and data feeds.
• Expertise in Archer Custom Objects development and complex data model design.
• Hands-on experience building integrations using Archer REST APIs with enterprise systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Archer Next Gen UI features and enhancements.
• Experience supporting GRC use cases including Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Issues Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support Archer platform upgrades.
• Financial services experience preferred with strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
