4-yr Technical Degree
8+ yrs of working directly for large Tech Companies (Amazon, Facebook, Meta)
5+ yrs of managing a large distributed organization comprised of Data Engineering, ETL, Data Scientists, etc
4+ yrs proven technical expertise to design and architect scalable, high-performance data solutions
3+ yrs of building scalable data pipelines in Spark using Airflow scheduler/executor framework or similar scheduling tools
3+ yrs recent hands-on programming using Python/Scala and rock-solid SQL skills
