CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES ASSOCIATE/ ASSISTANT SERVICE ADVISOR

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Retail Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional in-store service and support daily retail operations. In this role, you’ll greet customers, assess project needs, recommend paints, coatings, and supplies, and mix and tint products to specification. You will process sales transactions, maintain merchandise displays, restock inventory, and help keep the store clean, safe, and organized. You’ll collaborate closely with the team, follow company policies, and use POS systems while growing your technical product knowledge through hands-on learning and training opportunities.
