Lead Platform Engineer / Architect

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Platform Engineer / Architect to design, build, and lead scalable enterprise platforms and services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, API development, microservices architecture, data platforms, Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), and workflow orchestration.

This role will be responsible for defining platform architecture, developing reusable services and APIs, enabling developer self-service, and designing reliable data and workflow solutions across enterprise environments.

Mandatory Skills:- Python, API, Microservices, Data, (IDP and Orchestra- WF)

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, architecture, or related technology roles.

• Strong experience building enterprise-grade platforms using Python, APIs, microservices, data, IDP, and workflow orchestration.

• Demonstrated experience leading architecture and engineering initiatives across multiple teams.
