Role: Administrator
Location: Brierley Hill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Are you a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail? Do you have strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM systems? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive company for a Quality Administrator to join their busy quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and processes to support quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the Quality department. Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation. Updating and managing data within CRM and internal systems. Producing reports and analysing data using Microsoft Excel. Creating and using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to support reporting and identify trends. Assisting with audits, inspections, and quality documentation. Liaising with internal departments to ensure quality information is accurate and up to date. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data management.
About You Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Strong organisational and time management skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Confident using CRM systems and other computer-based software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
