We are seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer / GPP SME (Global PAYplus Expert) to support enterprise payment platform implementations, production support, and client-facing delivery activities.

✅ Production Support / Platform Engineering (5–10+ Years)

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Serve as the onsite SME for Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) platform.
✔️ Act as the primary liaison between customers and Finastra/implementation teams.
✔️ Participate in LLD & ILD workshops and provide system integration and interface design expertise.
✔️ Configure business and system parameters to support customer requirements.
✔️ Troubleshoot GPP issues using logs, trace files, GUI analysis, and Oracle queries.
✔️ Support SIT, UAT, and NFT testing phases through issue resolution and test scope validation.
✔️ Investigate production issues, recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades.
✔️ Lead customer discussions, provide root cause analysis, and deliver regular status updates.
✔️ Review and validate Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.

Preferred Qualifications

🔹 5–10+ years of Production Support or Platform Engineering experience.
🔹 Strong expertise in Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP), PAYplus USA, and/or GFX.
🔹 Experience supporting enterprise payment systems and banking implementations.
🔹 Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and client communication skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently while leading customer-facing technical engagements.
