The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project delivery and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution while managing the six core dimensions of project management: • Scope • Schedule • Finance • Risk • Quality • Resources The Project Manager will demonstrate:<br />Agile Methodology Expertise – Scrum, Kanban, iterative delivery, backlog refinement<br />Sprint Facilitation – Effective delivery of Agile ceremonies and cadence management<br />Backlog Management – Organising, prioritising, and refining product and sprint backlogs<br />Estimation &amp; Planning – Supporting story estimation and realistic sprint planning using Agile metrics<br />Infrastructure Knowledge – Strong understanding of clean water and wastewater systems<br />Innovation &amp; Emerging Tech Awareness – Including AI, digital twins, computer vision, and sensing technologies<br />Risk &amp; Compliance Management – Identifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies<br />Stakeholder Engagement – Clear communication with engineers, regulators, customers, suppliers<br />Cross-functional Team Leadership – Driving collaboration across innovation, design, operations, and ITDELIVERABLES Detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports<br />Sprint artefacts (boards, burndowns, reviews, retrospectives)<br />Governance and assurance documentation<br />Technology evaluation and pilot reports
