Role: Performance Test Automation Lead (W2 Only)

Location: Dublin, OH - Remote

Description:

Total 10-12 Years of exp

3-5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Test Automation.

Expertise in automation and performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Selenium, or equivalent.

Experience designing automation frameworks, test strategies, test environments, and performance metrics.

Ability to lead test automation teams and coordinate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and project management teams.

Strong experience in defect management, test reporting, and performance analysis.

SAP platform testing experience with good understanding of O2C, P2P, P2C, R2R, Randl, and SCE business processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
