Multi-Skilled Engineer

Role Overview As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring maximum line efficiency, minimising downtime, and supporting production performance across a busy site.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across production and packaging lines
• Diagnosing faults quickly and implementing effective, long-term solutions
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Working collaboratively with production teams to drive performance
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with food safety and health & safety standards Benefits Package

• 33 days annual leave Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability
• Experience working in high-speed, automated production environments
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
