We are seeking an experienced Lead Actimize Developer with strong expertise in Actimize IFM solutions, Microsoft SQL Server, and development of customized AIS and RCM components. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Actimize solutions while providing technical leadership and coordinating with multiple teams.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of development experience with Actimize IFM Solutions.
• Experience developing customized AIS and RCM components.
• Good knowledge and understanding of RCM objects.
• Proficiency in developing custom profiles and AIS/RCM plugins.
• Implementation experience with ActOne and IFM-X, including installation, configuration, and coding within Actimize modules using Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with solution upgrades and profile migrations.
• Good understanding of release management processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Rally.
• Ability to work with business teams and provide solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience writing and delivering release installation instructions.
• Experience creating Technical Specification documents and Low-Level Design documents.
• Hands-on experience writing complex SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Java knowledge is preferable.
• Experience working with IFM 10.X solutions.
• Experience working with Cassandra Database.
