Job Title: Lead Red Hat Linux Architect (IT - Sr. Staff Systems Engineer)

Job Description:
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Linux Infrastructure and Architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Mandatory Skills:
- Expert-level experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Enterprise Linux architecture, design, deployment, and administration.
- Linux server lifecycle management, including provisioning, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
- High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
- Performance tuning, kernel optimization, and system hardening.
- Linux security, authentication, and access management (LDAP/SSSD/PAM).
- Automation using Ansible and shell scripting.
- Virtualization technologies (VMware/KVM).
- Monitoring and logging tools.
- DNS, DHCP, NFS, networking, and storage administration.
- Infrastructure troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data center operations.
- Ability to lead infrastructure initiatives and mentor technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Red Hat Satellite.
- Foreman.
- ELK Stack.
- Grafana.
- Container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Public cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage client enterprise Red Hat Linux environment.
- Lead Linux infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Design highly available, secure, and scalable Linux platforms.
- Standardize Linux builds, automation, and operational processes.
- Drive OS upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle management.
- Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Provide L3/L4 technical support for critical production issues.
- Collaborate with Security, Network, Storage, and Application teams.
- Define Linux architecture standards and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across global infrastructure projects.
