The Role • Execute continuous process improvements to enhance equipment availability and productivity. • Manage and conduct projects related to plant maintenance and upgrades. • Perform maintenance, repair, and monitoring of all operational technical equipment, machinery, devices, and systems. • Conduct regular inspection work to ensure operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and disruptions. • Assist with the modification and expansion of production facilities as needed. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent technical qualification. • Previous experience working in production environments. • Familiarity with process technology and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Quick learning ability, strong teamwork skills, and a high level of commitment. • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
