 Job Description:

• The client team is developing a central data warehouse called the ISIM-B Program (Integrated Service Information and Management “B” Division) with the goal of building analytics that aims to improve the passenger experience for riders by pursuing and addressing various elements of the subway system.
• The Data Warehouse is intended to provide NYCT with information about the effectiveness, timeliness and quality of the various services that NYCT delivers and to provide operational insights to management at various levels.
• This position will be responsible for developing data pipelines to move data between source and target systems. (Extracting data from the source systems and transforming/loading it into the Data Warehouse, which is our target). These pipelines can be ETL/ELT jobs for building data warehouse/reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for requirement-gathering, analyzing and developing requirements and design specifications, data modeling building the data pipelines and performance optimization for Data warehouse/data lake.
