Role Overview

The Workday HCM Program Manager will serve as the organization's hands-on Workday HCM technical expert. This role involves partnering with business and technology leaders to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions that support scalable People processes and regulatory compliance. The manager will play a foundational role in the successful delivery of the enterprise Workday implementation by guiding technical decision-making and building long-term internal Workday expertise.
