The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse range of light vehicles. • Manage vehicle stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain strong customer communication. • Exercise independent judgment to make the right repair decisions for each customer's needs. • Represent the company professionally and provide a high standard of customer service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
