Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a fun, energetic, patient, and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our team!

📅 SCHEDULE:

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM

🌟 WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has a high school diploma

• Has previous ABA therapy experience

• Enjoys working with children

• Is energetic, playful, creative, and engaging

• Is reliable, patient, and compassionate

• Has RBT certification (preferred, not required)

• Has experience with nonverbal children (a big plus!)

💫 YOUR ROLE:

You'll provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help a child build meaningful behavioral, communication, social, and everyday life skills.
