Job Description

Sr. Sales Executive | South Florida, FL | Hybrid We're hiring for a renowned global leader in the manufacturing and home enhancement industry, recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality, and creating gracious living experiences. The Role • Drive sales growth within a defined territory through strategic luxury showroom partnerships. • Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen relationships with showroom owners, managers, and key stakeholders. • Identify new opportunities with developers and builders, collaborating with project sales and A&D teams. • Represent premium brands at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand presence. • Maintain CRM accuracy, ensure compliance, and leverage insights for forecasting and business development. • Proactively hunt for new project opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and secure specifications. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within Decorative Building Products. • Expertise in territory management, showroom sales, and strategic account development. • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the geographic market, to industry trade shows, and potentially to company headquarters. • Comprehensive understanding of the territory, including key accounts, competitive landscape, and market influencers. • Proven ability to develop and review annual territory forecasts and provide actionable insights.
